ABS. Abs need to be built like any other muscle and need recovery to grow as well. As much as we all wish it was possible to spot reduce to get flat stomachs, it doesn’t work that way. They will show up at different body fat percentages for different individuals. For some, they can have abs at a healthy maintainable body fat, while others need to be at an extremely low body fat to get abs. Having abs is never worth trying to get and stay at a dangerously low body fat percentage. It completely depends on the person. Keep your health in mind, because sometimes aesthetic goals don’t line up with a healthy body - and that is OK.

I’ve been on your plan since October 2015… At the time I weighed 130 pounds I’ve always been a runner but I never really had that toning or definition. I’ve lost 5% body fat and 15 pounds. It’s true what they say… Abs are made in the kitchen. I’m proud of the body that I’m in and I continue to work on a daily. Thank you. ✌🏾️❤️💪🏽
